Pilot setup

Your private BusinessVault AI workspace

This page explains what happens after you request or start a pilot. BusinessVault AI is set up as a private workspace for your approved business documents.

1. Private workspace

We create a workspace for your company and add your first workspace administrator. Public self-signup is closed, so access is created intentionally.

2. Secure billing

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. BusinessVault AI does not store card numbers or payment details.

3. Starter documents

Start with one workflow or department. Upload approved policies, forms, manuals, contracts, spreadsheets, or procedures that staff already use.

4. Training

Users complete the built-in training before relying on answers. The training explains citations, protected information, and when to ask an administrator.

5. Review answers

BusinessVault gives cited answers from uploaded documents. Users should review sources before legal, financial, medical, HR, or customer-facing decisions.

6. Support

Support is available for setup, login, upload, backup, and system issues. Remote support is optional and only starts with customer permission.

What we need from you

Choose one person to be the workspace administrator, pick the first set of approved documents, and decide whether enhanced answers are allowed for your workspace.

Do not upload sensitive, regulated, or unrelated customer records unless your business has approved that use and safeguards are in place.
