Optional enhanced answers
Cloud-enhanced answers are disabled unless approved for a workspace. When enabled, selected document excerpts may be sent to the configured AI provider over an encrypted connection.
Protected information
Users should not upload sensitive, regulated, or unrelated customer or employee records unless the business has approved that use and required safeguards are in place.

The private platform helper uses operations metadata only. It never reads customer document contents, uploaded files, citations, or search-index text.
